- Total Compensation Package: Valued between $91,000-$102,000.
- Annual Salary: $74,000–$82,000, based on experience and qualifications.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Blue Bird Day, you will provide behavior therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll support our clients cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth.
Responsibilities- Conduct behavioral assessments and build evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.
- Provide caregiver coaching and support.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and ABA students.
- Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team (OT, SLP, PT, and SW).
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Active Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license through IDFPR
- Experience providing behavior therapy services to children with autism and/or other neurodevelopmental differences
