What

You’ll Do
  • Conduct organizational training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
  • Design, implement, and manage scalable training programs, including onboarding, leadership development, compliance training, and technical skills training.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and market research to support competitive pay structures.
  • Maintain job descriptions, job leveling frameworks, and internal pay equity analysis.
  • Utilize the HRIS system to deploy the merit and Performance Management module.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers for employee relations, performance management, coaching, and workforce planning.
What You Bring
  • Experience building training programs from the ground up strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights.
  • Working knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, and FLSA classifications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to perform site visits at various company locations in Illinois, including but not limited to Chicago, Wheaton, Burr Ridge, and Carol Stream.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in training and development and/or compensation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field required, Master’s degree preferred.
