• Assist with maintaining an inventory of District hardware and related documentation manuals.
• Provide ongoing technical support for staff.
• Provide technical support to district personnel including all hardware and software applications.
• Network: patching and basic network repairs.
• Basic phone configuration.
• Perform basic Chromebook repairs.
• Create users and reset passwords in Active Directory.
• Windows computer re-imaging and basic repairs.
• Keep abreast of new developments related to hardware, software and systems requirements.
• Perform other duties as directed.

• 3 years experience in technology.
• Experience working in schools preferred.
• General network experience.
• A+ certification preferred.
• Experience in the MS Windows OS required.
• Experience with Microsoft networks.

• Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)

To provide hardware and network support for all educational and organizational needs throughout the school district, which includes 7 elementary schools, 1 middle school, and 1 administration center.

Training: successfully participate in training to update necessary skills for job functions.

12‑month year with salary to be established by the Board of Education (Salary range: $45,000‑$48,000).

The Assistant Superintendent for Innovation and Information will serve as the supervisor and will provide feedback regarding performance.
