The City of Wheaton is seeking a Digital Communications Specialist to join our Communications team at City Hall. This position is primarily responsible for supporting the City’s communications through managing the City’s website, overseeing the City’s social media platforms, reporting on data analytics and supporting other digital communications. This position is the primary website manager, responsible for website accuracy, accessibility, technical troubleshooting, analytics reporting and training of internal website content creators.
In addition, this role supports City communication efforts through creating and managing social media content and engaging with the community through various digital communications.
