Traffic Law Attorney – DuPage County
A well-established and rapidly growing boutique law firm is seeking a Traffic Law Attorney for their DuPage County practice. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a firm that has earned national recognition for its growth and performance.
Base pay range$90,000.00/yr - $/yr
- Practice Focus: Criminal Defense, with an emphasis on Traffic Law
- Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 base salary, plus approximately $20,000 in annual bonuses paid quarterly
- Schedule: Must be willing to go into court daily due to the nature of the job, although the office is open to hybrid schedules
- Firm-paid health insurance premiums for employees; partial coverage for family plans
- Firm-paid short- and long-term disability insurance
- 401(k) with up to 4% employer match
- 2–3 weeks paid time off annually
- Licensed to practice law in Illinois
- 1–2+ years of experience handling Traffic Law matters (law firm, Public Defender's Office, ASO, or similar settings)
- Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and commitment to client advocacy
