As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a motivated Marketing & Communications Associate to join our team in Lombard, IL
. This role centers around customer communication, relationship building, and driving sales through direct marketing efforts inside retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients across wireless, home services, and renewable energy campaigns.
• Collaborate with leadership to stay current on client products, services, and promotions.
• Communicate product value clearly and confidently to customers during in-person interactions.
• Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Present tailored service recommendations using a lead-driven database.
• Provide feedback to improve sales processes and enhance both client and customer satisfaction.
• Uphold Be Marketable’s reputation by representing our clients with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer-facing roles (sales, marketing, or retail preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new software and systems.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Team-oriented, collaborative mindset with a professional, positive attitude.

Position Requirements:

• Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time

• Ability to lift 25+ pounds as part of retail setup and campaign responsibilities.
