Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), provides safe, therapeutic nursing care to meet the needs of individual Sisters and promotes optimal functioning. The LPN/PRN also performs supportive care for the Sisters of the Mother House (approximately 15 sisters in residence). The LPN/PRN maintains an atmosphere conducive to religious life and helps provide for a safe environment. The position requires the ability to perform assigned tasks neatly, skillfully, and in a timely manner.
The LPN/PRN needs skilled experience working with geriatric patients, memory care, and promotion of aging in place, and age-related diseases/conditions. Some Sisters are more physically and mentally compromised, others need less assistance.
This is strictly a PRN position. The agreed pay rate will be based upon the candidate’s prior experience and skills.
Pay range $29 – $31.50 per hour
