• You have a current unrestricted RN license in the state of Illinois?
• You have a negative TB Test, CPR Certification, & Work Physical?
• You understand regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations?
• You have a valid D.L., vehicle with insurance, & can reliably commute to this job s location?

• (8:30am - 3:30pm) Monday - Friday
• 1 on 1 Patient in School
• OR Office School Nurse
• Part-Time and Full-Time Opportunities

• Trach & G-Tube
• Seizure Precautions
• Medication Management
• Emergency Procedures
• Accompany on Bus Rides and Field Trips
• Patient(s) in School
• Provide thoughtful care to clients & patients based on personalized Plan of Care
• Monitor and track changes in the client/patient’s conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed
• Proactively updates client/patients’ family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns
