Base pay range $40,000/yr - $50,000/yr
SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and committed Real Estate Specialist to become an integral member of our energetic team. In this role, you will oversee property listings, conduct in-depth market analysis, and guide clients in finding their perfect homes. Your expertise will be essential in negotiating deals, facilitating seamless transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Graduate from our New Agent Launch program.
- Mentor buyers to help them find the perfect home.
- Learn how to write and negotiate offers.
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week.
- Participate in team activities per team standards.
- Commit to weekly coaching, training, and partner calls.
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
You MUST have a valid Illinois Real Estate license to start the position. This is commission-based only, not a paid position.
- REAL ESTATE License Required.

- Will show up to the office.

- Ability to spend large amount of time driving.
- Analyze clients’ needs and match to homes.
- Learning based & coachable.
- Ambitious with proven ability to succeed.
- High school graduate.
