Overview

BACK OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME) – location Wheaton College, Wheaton, IL. Immediate opening for a full-time position.

• Supervises hourly associates to ensure practices comply with company policies and procedures.
• Assists in ordering and maintaining inventory of products.
• Maintains product and labor costs according to budget.
• Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are followed.
• Maintains consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
• Follows sanitation and safety principles in handling food and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Previous bulk batch cooking experience is preferred.

• Schedule:
  
  Full-time;
  Sunday through Thursday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Pay Range: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
