Shift: Full‑time 11:00am‑7:30pm; open availability including weekends.

Pay: $20 – $22/hr plus a full benefits package (Medical, Vision, Dental Insurance, 23 days PTO, 401(k) match).

Daily Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and operational organization to Community standards.
  • Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards at all times.
  • Produce and serve menu cycle programs that comply with local nutritional/dietary regulations and prepare diets as per policy.
  • Work with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of all cooking preparation and production methods.
  • Assist with meal service and ware washing as necessary.
  • Periodically visit residents to evaluate food service (quality, quantity, temperature, appearance) and recommend improvements.
  • Represent the community warmly, creating a positive marketing environment.
  • Support a culture where business decisions and employee engagement drive revenue and occupancy.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma.
  • High‑volume restaurant experience, working on the line.
  • Culinary degree preferred.
  • Minimum of one year restaurant/senior‑living or equivalent cooking experience.
  • Knowledge of cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.).
  • Ability to work various shifts; kitchen closes at 7pm.
