Position:
Roofing Sales Trainee
We are expanding our sales team and we are hiring motivated Roofing Sales Representatives and Trainees
. No roofing experience required –
we train the right people.
- Canvass local neighborhoods to identify homes with potential storm damage
- Perform simple roof inspections (full training provided)
- Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
- Complete basic paperwork and documentation
- Roofing sales experience OR experience in another sales role (we provide full industry training)
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- $100K to $250K per year (top reps exceed this!)
