Responsibilities- Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising and supporting customers
- Cross-train to support the cash register and front-end duties as needed
- Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely
- Merchandise and stock as needed; maintain cleanliness throughout the store
- Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders
- Manage sales transactions on the assigned cash register; maintain cash security and protect company assets
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High integrity
- Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting
