Customer Service Associate

The Lewis Financial Group is a trusted name in insurance, offering personalized service and reliable coverage to individuals and families across the region. We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Attendant to join our team.

The Customer Service Attendant will provide front-line support to our clients, assisting with policy inquiries, basic administrative tasks, and internal communication. This role requires a friendly attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to grow in the insurance field.

• Answer phones, greet clients, and respond to customer inquiries
• Assist with basic data entry, filing, and administrative tasks
• Maintain and update client records in the system
• Support licensed agents with day-to-day operations
• Learn and adhere to compliance procedures and insurance guidelines
• Work with MS Office programs for communication, reports, and client documents

• Basic computer skills (email, MS Word/Excel)
• Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
• Must be willing to obtain an insurance license (training support provided)
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior experience in marketing, administrative work, or insurance
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Holding a current insurance license is a plus
