Customer Service Representative

Laura Mull State Farm Agency is hiring a Customer Service Representative!

• Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service to current clients
• Greet and assist incoming customers in our store-front location
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and work together to attain sales goals both individually and as a team
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads and generate reports

• Must be willing to obtain Property and Casualty License, as well as Life and Health License within 1-2 months after first day of employment (all costs associated paid by Agent)
• 1-2 years minimum in a customer service role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening
• Take pride in completing work both accurately and timely
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Preference to work in a team environment
