$107,000 – $120,000 per year.

• Support planning, organising and coordinating all activities related to engineering, design, procurement and construction of major capital electric projects.
• Handle low to medium complexity projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct technical reviews of specifications, drawings, contracts, addenda and other construction documents to ensure constructability to client standards.
• Schedule and conduct project planning and status meetings to maintain schedule and financial adherence, and disseminate significant issues to relevant participants.
• Provide schedule and budget status updates to internal and external management teams.
• Oversee and coordinate construction package reviews, pre-award meetings, field visits and pre-award site walk-downs.
• Serve as single point of contact for construction submittals, reviews and coordination of required project information.
• Identify, submit and communicate necessary outages to avoid schedule interruptions.
• Obtain required permits and secure approvals from applicable parties.
• Mentor and/or train Project Coordinators.
• Assist Portfolio Manager(s) with coordination, preparation and reporting of significant construction activities.
• Perform related tasks and assignments as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or equivalent years of experience in the electric utility project industry.
• 5–10 years of experience in project controls or related field, electric utility knowledge preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective leadership and organisational skills.

Salary: $107,000 – $120,000 per year. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off and 401(k) contributions. Actual base pay may vary based on education, experience and skills.
