OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Banking is a highly regulated industry. You will be expected to acquire and maintain proficiency in the bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Completion of all assigned compliance training in a timely manner is required.
Additional skills include:
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
- Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
- Write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques.
- Make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on complex topics to management, public groups, or boards of directors.
- Apply principles of advanced calculus, algebra, and statistical theory, including concepts like limits, rings, quadratic and differential equations, and theorem proofs.
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagrammatic form and handle multiple variables.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
