Catering Captain

We are looking for a skilled, experienced Catering Captain to join our higher education team in Wheeling, WV. As a Catering Captain, you will have the opportunity to oversee and manage catering events to ensure success from start to finish.

• Overseeing the setup, service, and breakdown of events.
• Managing event staff.
• Ensuring courteous, prompt service for all event functions according to established guidelines.
• Assisting in the recruitment and training of new associates.
• Any other tasks as necessary.

• At least three years’ experience in catering, food service, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of all aspects of event implementation.

• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role.
