Job Title: Controller

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to oversee all accounting operations, ensure the integrity of financial reporting, and lead the development of internal controls. This position will play a key role in the company’s financial management strategy and long-term growth by managing financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and audits.

• Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS.
• Lead the preparation of budgets and forecasts; monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Manage and coordinate external audits and liaise with external auditors and consultants.
• Maintain internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial records.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team; foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Evaluate and improve accounting systems, policies, and procedures.
• Provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership to support decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP (and IFRS), tax regulations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• International Group reporting
• Prior public accounting experience.
