Plant Supervisor

Plant Supervisor at Your Linen Service

This supervisory position oversees the workforce at our Processing Plant, managing all plant functions—processing, shipping, distribution, equipment and building maintenance, and record keeping. The role reports directly to the General Manager and is key to achieving corporate objectives and maintaining a safe workplace.

• Strategic and tactical management of plant operations.
• Process oversight, shipping, distribution, and inventory control.
• Equipment, vehicle, and building maintenance and repair.
• Scheduling, training, and mentoring all associates.
• Ensuring compliance with corporate training and health & safety policies.
• Collaborating with satellite distribution centers, vendors, and customers to maintain product flow.
• Preparing monthly production, engineering, and safety committee reports.
• Implementing supply‑chain strategies and purchasing decisions.
• Lead and motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Experience in production, engineering, office administration, or delivery operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Background in maintenance and preventive maintenance.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work second shift and rotating weekends.
• Strong management and leadership skills, including budgeting, P&L responsibility, conflict resolution, and communication.

• Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
• Must pass drug screen when required.
• High level of energy and a positive attitude.
• Enjoyment of the work and a commitment to company success.
