What will you do?- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate and manage the production of marketing collateral, ensuring high-quality materials are delivered on time.
- Assist in the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and websites.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and materials needed for marketing initiatives.
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of marketing activities, including calendar planning.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive benchmarks.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and maintaining marketing databases.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Proven experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role is a plus.
- Comfortable speaking in front of large audiences and being on camera.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Must be able to obtain a state gaming license.
- Weekends, holidays, and swing shift work may be required.
