Delaware North Gaming is searching for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia.

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate and manage the production of marketing collateral, ensuring high-quality materials are delivered on time.
• Assist in the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and websites.
• Support the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and materials needed for marketing initiatives.
• Manage the scheduling and coordination of marketing activities, including calendar planning.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive benchmarks.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry and maintaining marketing databases.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
• Proven experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role is a plus.
• Comfortable speaking in front of large audiences and being on camera.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Must be able to obtain a state gaming license.
• Weekends, holidays, and swing shift work may be required.
