Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – New Graduate
Location: Select Specialty Hospital – Wheeling (inside Wheeling Hospital)
Schedule: 6–6, day shift or night shift available
Compensation: $33.43 per hour, plus shift differentials for nights and weekends
Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000

Job Responsibilities- Collaborate with physicians and preceptors to implement the assessment plan, evaluate outcomes, and follow up on care plans for patients.
- Initiate ongoing systematic assessments of patients' physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs.
- Interpret assessment data to develop detailed nursing care plans including problem identification, nursing diagnoses, orders, interventions, goals, and discharge planning.
- Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
- Ensure medical records are complete, factual, accurate, and timely.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Valid State RN license required at hire.
- BLS certification required at hire.
- Flexible scheduling to complete orientation program requirements.
