American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN for a geriatric caseload, requiring OASIS and HCHB EMR experience along with a WV or compact RN license.
Details- Home Health setting serving an adult geriatric patient population
- Caseload of approximately 5-7 patients per day
- Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, with possible weekend coverage
- On-call responsibilities required, details to be discussed during interview
- Uses Home Care Home Base (HCHB) EMR system
- Travel territory up to a 60-mile radius from the office hub, requiring flexibility across the territory
- Active WV or compact RN license required in hand
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience required
- OASIS experience required
- HCHB EMR experience required
- Provide skilled nursing care to adult and geriatric home health patients
- Dress code requires scrubs in any color, no jeans permitted
- Company-provided iPad for charting and documentation
- Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this role
- Local candidates accepted at the travel rate
