Vector Marketing is currently interviewing for part‑time sales positions with an option to work more. Reps interact with customers selling American‑made Cutco products, setting appointments, doing easy and fun presentations, and entering orders online. A solid starting base pay is guaranteed, not based on results, with an option to earn more based on commissions paid weekly.

Reps are paid weekly – base or commission, whichever is higher for the week. $24.00 base‑appt, not based on sales. A commission structure is set up based on performance, not tenure. While there is an opportunity to make more, there is also a fallback so that reps can earn an income even if they have an off week.

Solid training – Vector Marketing has been training people to do well for over 40 years. Even if someone doesn't decide to stay with us long term, the sales, networking, and communication skills they build are valuable for any field.

We help our reps create a schedule that works best for them. Some work as much as possible; others are looking to work during winter break or maintain a super‑part‑time schedule around other commitments such as full‑time jobs, vacations, classes, finals, or family obligations.

Reps work locally after training. Meetings and training are held in the office.

Reps who work here long term, even part time, have an opportunity to move along several different paths, including management and careers as sales professionals.

People who have done well with us in the past often have experience in other part‑time jobs – admin, retail, fast food, cashier, administrative assistant, receptionist, office work, server, landscaping, or in just about any field you can imagine. Some have none at all! We welcome all applicants who have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people.
