Job Duties- Setting Appointments: 6-8 hours per week – reaching out to potential clients that have previously requested coverage with our company and scheduling a time to meet with them to discuss their mortgage protection coverage.
- Research: 4-5 hours per week – digging into the information the client provided in order to customize options to meet their financial needs in the case of a death or disability.
- Meeting with Families: 2 days per week – meeting with clients either virtually or in person (the choice is yours) to present their options, discuss details of the coverage, and help them apply for coverage.
- Administrative: 2 hours per week – following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.
We are looking for coachable, challenge-seeking, self-disciplined individuals with a growth mindset; skill set isn’t everything for this position.

CompensationCommissions as a new agent:
This is a commission‑only based sales position. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family you protect. Our expectation is that a full‑time agent will sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, we also offer a selection of premium financial products to help people save for retirement or protect their current retirement accounts (e.g., 401(k) s and IRAs) from losing money in the stock market.
We provide extensive training on how these products work and how to sell them. In addition to uncapped commission, we have a competitive bonus structure program along with incentive trips agents/managers can qualify for based on their individual and team results.
