AI Regent (Doc Talk) is building an intelligent layer for independent physician practices, starting with AI-powered intake, patient record capture, and marketing that fills clinic schedules with the right patients. At the core, this is about helping small practices compete and thrive: making it radically easier to collect patient information, keep records organized, and turn online and offline interest into booked appointments.

The world of healthcare is shifting toward lean, tech-enabled practices, and AI Regent is at the front of that shift. This role is for someone who wants to be hands-on in that transformation: talking to doctors, shaping our go-to-market motion, and directly impacting monthly revenue and growth.

The Sales & Growth Associate will be responsible for driving the early growth engine of AI Regent (Doc Talk) with independent physicians and small clinics. This role combines inside sales, light marketing, and on-the-ground activation. You will track and improve free-to-paid conversion, consistently add new paid physician customers, help hone our messaging, and represent Doc Talk at conferences and online.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where weekly outcomes matter: new paid signups, higher conversion rates, and clearer proof that our AI intake and marketing layer can scale with small practices.

• Helping practices implement and see value from Doc Talk’s AI intake and patient marketing workflows
• Ensuring free users convert to paid subscriptions at a predictable pace
• Filling clinics’ open appointment slots by marketing physician and clinic openings

• Engage with physicians and practice managers who are using Doc Talk for free and guide them through to paid plans
• Track the full journey from free trials to paid subscriptions, identifying where users get stuck and helping unblock them
• Run consistent outreach (email, phone, social) to independent physicians to generate new free trials and paid signups
• Create and post content on social media that highlights physician openings, clinic stories, and Doc Talk’s value to patients and practices
• Support marketing campaigns to promote physician and clinic openings, focusing on turning interest into booked appointments
• Attend relevant conferences, meetups, and virtual events to represent Doc Talk, gather leads, and share what’s working back with the team
• Collaborate with the founders to refine messaging, landing pages, and outreach scripts based on real conversations with doctors
• Keep a tight, accurate view of weekly KPIs and progress against growth targets

• Own a clear weekly pipeline report of free physicians, trial users, and paid customers
• Monitor and improve free-to-paid conversion metrics, including time from signup to paid
• Proactively follow up with trial users to ensure they activate key features (e.g., AI intake live on their site, patient interactions flowing)

• Consistently bring in at leastone new paid physician signup per weekon the base plan (currently around $400/month per physician)
• Identify upsell opportunities within existing clinics (additional physicians, locations, or feature tiers)
