Join us as a Building Automated Controls Technician and help our commercial and industrial clients achieve optimal building performance through skilled BAS installation, commissioning, and maintenance.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building automation systems (BAS). Responsibilities include programming, commissioning, and documentation of HVAC controls and other building systems.

• Install building automation system communications infrastructure, controllers, and ancillary devices on retrofit projects.
• Develop control sequences, programs, and graphics for new construction and retrofit projects.
• Confirm implementation meets project specifications.
• Commission controls installations and verify that control sequences meet specifications.
• Complete commissioning reports as proof of controls verification.
• Document installations for as-built control drawings.
• Organize and demonstrate required BAS project sequences to meet commissioning agents’ requirements.
• Represent the company by serving as direct customer contact during projects.

• 3+ years of field experience in HVAC controls.
• Hands‑on experience with commissioning and programming of DDC controls.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Ability to communicate technical material to a nontechnical audience.
• Proficiency with writing code for controller sequence of operations.
• Proficiency with integration protocols (BACnet, Lonworks, Modbus, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Customer‑focused, results‑oriented professional, and strong team player.
• Ability to bend & install conduit.
• Niagara 4 certified.
• Distech Controls experience a plus.
