We are seeking a skilled Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician to maintain our kitchens and bakeries across a 9 million sq ft campus. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration, and HVAC systems to ensure seamless operation.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial cooking equipment
• Install, calibrate, and optimize kitchen ventilation and appliances
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, refrigeration, gas, and electrical standards
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to resolve issues

• Refrigeration:
  Walk-in coolers/freezers, blast chillers, ice machines
• Cooking Equipment:
  Ovens, fryers, steam kettles, tilt skillets
• Ventilation & HVAC:
  Exhaust hoods, rooftop units, make-up air systems
• Dishwashing & Sanitation:
  High-capacity dishwashers, sanitation systems

• CFC Universal Certification
• EPA 608 certification
• Legal eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship

• COVID-19 vaccination
• At least 3 years' experience in:
• Commercial kitchen equipment service and repair
• Refrigeration system installation and service
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Gas-fired equipment and piping
