- Support accounts receivable tracking with sales
- Ensure POS and accounting systems align
- Maintain organized digital financial records
- Accounting assistant or bookkeeping experience preferred
- High accuracy across repetitive financial tasks
- Accounting software proficiency, including Quick Books
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear cross-functional communication abilities
