What You'll DoAs an Activity Supervisor, you'll:
- Lead and motivate a team of outdoor adventure professionals.
- Deliver safe, efficient, and memorable guest experiences every day.
- Coach and develop team members to perform at their best.
- Support daily operational planning and problem-solving.
- Ensure exceptional safety and service standards are maintained.
- Help create an environment where both guests and team members leave happier than when they arrived.
