Job Description:
Guest Service Agent.
Skills Required:
- Strong organizational skills, computer skills, and customer service.
- A positive and optimistic attitude with a passion for customer service and care.
- Always greet guests in a friendly and professional manner according to Vida Spa Standards.
- Engage each guest as a unique individual and listen attentively to their requests.
- Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner, making reservations over the phone, by email and in person with precision and with special details noted.
- Keep work area neat and tidy inputting and filing medical history forms.
- Cohesively work with others in a fast paced environment.
- Team oriented with ability to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and all other departments.
- Discounts on Spa retail, and services.
- Competitive Wage: $23/hr. and $24/hr. after a probationary period.
- Extended Medical to Employees who work 30hrs + (Vida covers 50% of the monthly premiums).
- Oscars - the FCW Employee Café allows Vida staff to purchase meal cards at $5 per meal ticket
