Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver everyday banking and cash services to members

• Handle deposits, withdrawals, and foreign exchange transactions

• Ensure compliance with cash handling and fraud detection

• Manage lobby flow and initiate discovery conversations

• Educate on digital banking tools for enhanced convenience

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; business/finance education preferred

• 1-2 years experience in cash handling or customer service

• Strong attention to detail in financial transactions

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to adapt to digital banking processes
