Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations, monitor performance and budget

• Train employees in POS, product knowledge, and guest service

• Maintain daily records for performance and sales metrics

• Provide feedback on team performance and recognition

• Participate in leadership forums for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years retail sales experience

• At least 1 year in a leadership position

• Strong guest service and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Flexible schedule availability including weekends
