Key Responsibilities:- Direct daily operations for supervisors and associates
- Coach teams on products, technologies, and selling skills
- Develop strategies supporting engagement, sales, and profitability
- Create weekly schedules and support expense targets
- Maintain inventory accuracy and stockroom organization
- Five or more years of relevant experience
- Inventory, POS, and retail software experience
- Experience driving personalized service and selling skills
- Clear communication with teams and consumers
- Availability for flexible retail scheduling
