Join Vail Resorts as an Assistant Manager for Ski Patrol in winter 2026/27. This full-time managerial role focuses on overseeing multiple patrollers while driving a strong safety culture and exceptional guest service. Utilize your leadership skills and patrol experience, as you participate in advanced patrolling and coordinate daily operational projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily patrol operations across the mountain
• Foster a positive patrol culture among team members
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Assist with training, scheduling, and special event planning
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership and patrollers
Requirements:
• High School Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of patrol or similar experience
• Current EMT or OEC certification required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Minimum age of 21 years
