- Full-time, year round, working from Whistler Office in Function Junction.
- Wage of $28 – $30 per hour depending on experience.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts administration (preferred).
- Proficiency in Quick Books Online and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of Canadian accounting practices, tax remittances, and payroll regulations.
- Knowledge of BC employment standards and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping using Quick Books Online.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Prepare and file monthly GST/PST returns with the Canada Revenue Agency.
- Process semi-monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with BC employment standards.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including payroll setup, ROEs, Employee Health Benefits and record maintenance.
- Prepare and file Work Safe BC Annual Returns.
- Assist with booking travel arrangements for the team when required.
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial records.
- Generate regular financial reports and assist with forecasting and budgeting.
- Liaise with external accountants for year-end reporting and ensuring full compliance.
- Support general office administration, including documentation, and internal coordination.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure alignment between inventory management systems and financials.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy across all financial and personnel records. Assist in gathering documentation and answering queries during financial audits or reviews, when required.
