Starting Salary: $50,000 - $54,000 annually. This is the starting salary range for this role and may vary based on internal equity, and a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Over and above the base salary and the benefits highlighted above, this position is also eligible for an incentive bonus of up to 5% of the annual salary.
Position SummaryReporting to the Manager, Sales Operations, the Coordinator, Sales Operations plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of , Whistler’s official booking channel. This position helps ensure that products, bookings, inventory, and supplier information are managed accurately and efficiently. With a varied mix of responsibilities, this role is well suited to someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful, and who enjoys part of a collaborative team in a busy and engaging sales environment.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a Tourism Whistler ambassador, living our purpose and vision with passion & energy, achievement, and respect.
- Support the setup and fulfillment of products and offers sold through the website and call centre.
- Collect and maintain accurate product information, pricing, and inventory availability within reservation systems and supplier extranets.
- Coordinate seasonal inventory changes to ensure products are available within established timelines.
- Work with the Specialist, Web Marketing and Sales to ensure promotional offers are set up, displayed, and functioning correctly on
