As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will adeptly handle articulated rock trucks, backhoes, dozers, excavators, and loaders. This role requires you to maintain equipment, adhere to safety standards, and contribute to efficient project workflows. You'll also engage in land clearing, building excavations, and road construction while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy machinery safely and legally

• Perform daily machine maintenance and safety checks

• Excavate and backfill for construction projects

• Ensure quality control on job sites

• Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years operating experience on excavators

• Valid Class 5 BC Drivers’ Licence required

• Grade 12 diploma; trade certification preferred

• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
