Position: Design Technologist for Home Construction
Elevate your career as a Design Technologist/Project Coordinator with a leading home builder in Whistler. This role focuses on coordinating high-end residential projects with cross-functional teams.

You will be a vital part of the construction process, working closely with project managers, clients, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish. Your expertise in the residential construction process will ensure efficient information flow, facilitate scheduling, and support budgeting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue bid packages to qualified trades

• Support the tendering process and trade selection

• Assist in project scheduling and task development

• Track project budgets and cost estimating

• Serve as a contact point for clients and subcontractors

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management or related field

• 2-5 years of residential construction experience

• Strong knowledge of BC Building Code

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project software

• Experience with Revit or similar software is a plus
