Position: Civil Construction Site Superintendent Role
Take charge of civil construction operations with Coastal Mountain Excavations as a Site Superintendent. Focus on safety, scheduling, and quality assurance in this critical role.

As the Site Superintendent, you’ll oversee all aspects of civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and effective team coordination. With 5-10 years in civil/excavation experience and solid project management background, you will lead site operations, direct safety measures, and maintain accurate site documentation. Your proactive problem-solving skills will enhance project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate site activities while ensuring safety compliance

• Manage project schedules and adhere to budget constraints

• Maintain detailed daily logs and site reports

• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders

• Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction on all projects

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Class 5 BC Driver's Licence

• 5-10 years civil/excavation knowledge

• 2-5 years project management experience preferable

• Engineering education or technical background desired

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and HCSS Heavy Job Manager
