In‑House Marketing Representative
As an In‑House Marketing Representative, you’ll be the friendly face that greets guests and helps them make the most of their vacation. Your role is all about creating connections—booking qualified timeshare presentations for Hilton Grand Vacations Owners, Club Members, and other guests staying on property. You’ll share exciting opportunities, offer exclusive incentives, and ensure every interaction reflects our Spirit of Service culture.
Responsibilities- Welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
- Connecting with guests at check‑in and through follow‑up calls to schedule presentations.
- Sharing approved promotional materials and incentives that make guests feel valued.
- Confirming appointments and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
- Collaborating with your team to meet goals and celebrate wins together.
- Work in a resort in Whistler—snow‑capped mountains, fresh air, and world‑class amenities.

- Compensation: $17.85 per hour plus commissions.

- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
