Recreation Cashier at Meadow Park

Become the welcoming face of Meadow Park Sport Centre by joining the Resort Municipality of Whistler as a Recreation Cashier/Receptionist. Deliver exceptional customer service while handling admissions, program registrations, and guest inquiries.

In the role of Recreation Cashier/Receptionist, you will report to the Guest Services Supervisor and support a flexible schedule of 72 hours bi-weekly. This position requires at least one year of experience in customer service and cashiering. You will be instrumental in providing information on MPSC programs, local events, and community activities every day from early morning until evening.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as first point of contact for guests

• Process admissions, sell memberships, and register programs

• Provide accurate information on recreation services

• Assist guests in a professional and positive manner

• Maintain effective working relationships with staff and visitors

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma with one year of relevant experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems

• Strong knowledge of recreational activities

• Current first aid certification is an asset

• Valid BC class 5 driver’s license required
