Reporting to the Guest Services Supervisor, this position requires 72 hours bi-weekly and offers a variable schedule catering to MPSC’s operational hours. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in customer service and an aptitude for cashiering using POS systems. Highlight your organizational skills while playing a key role in enhancing the visitor experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist guests at the front desk
• Handle admissions, sell memberships, and enroll patrons
• Deliver accurate service information about programs and events
• Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
• Foster positive relationships within the community
Requirements:
• High school diploma with relevant cashiering experience
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of local recreational offerings is preferred
• First aid certification considered an asset
• Hold a valid BC class 5 driver’s license
