As a Reservations & Royal Service Agent, your responsibilities will focus on providing exceptional service to guests over the phone. You will handle reservations, ensuring that every interaction reflects the luxury experience associated with our brand. Previous customer service experience is essential, with a preference for candidates experienced in Front Office or Reservations roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide seamless service for guests and colleagues
• Assist and redirect all callers effectively
• Take ownership of guest requests with follow-up
• Book room reservations using Property Management System
• Maximize revenue through upselling guest rooms
Requirements:
• Customer-related experience required
• Front Office or Reservations experience is an asset
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems preferred
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Professional telephone manner and demeanor
Support luxury service delivery and guest satisfaction as a vital member of Fairmont Chateau Whistler.
