In this frontline role, you will be the face of TD Canada Trust. As a Customer Experience Associate, your goal is to understand customer needs, process transactions like deposits and withdrawals, and communicate effectively. You will actively promote banking solutions that align with customer goals while ensuring every interaction remains confidential and professional.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process financial transactions including deposits and bill payments
• Recommend suitable banking solutions to meet customer needs
• Resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently

Requirements:
• High school diploma and 1+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet use
