This role is vital in ensuring that guests enjoy exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Prior experience in a spa or fitness environment will be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check in guests at the Spa

• Convey spa service details to guests clearly

• Manage guest appointments and inquiries promptly

• Collaborate with the spa team for optimal service

• Assist with administrative tasks like payment processing

Requirements:

• Previous spa or fitness center experience preferred

• Strong customer service background

• Proficiency in English communication
