Scandinave Spa Whistler is seeking a full-time or part-time Reservations Agent. This role demands a friendly demeanor while answering calls, responding to emails, and efficiently handling reservations. You'll utilize strong communication skills to promote our spa services and ensure guests receive top-notch care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests warmly over the phone
• Sell and promote spa services confidently
• Process reservations accurately using Zenoti
• Proactively address guest needs and enhance their experience
• Assist with group inquiries as directed
Requirements:
• Customer service experience in a call center
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive team spirit and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends
