In this flexible part-time role, you will assist with the planning and execution of various local events. The position ranges from 10-40 hours per week, increasing as events approach. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless logistics and enhancing the guest experience during events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage event schedules and timelines
• Coordinate logistics and communications with sponsors
• Aid in on-site operations during events
• Track ticket sales and guest inquiries effectively
• Handle post-event reporting and documentation
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in event planning or tourism
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools
• Adaptive schedule for weekend and evening events
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
