Working with us will have you engaging in the entire event lifecycle from setup to follow-up. You'll coordinate logistics for on-site races, manage participant registration, and offer guest support to create memorable experiences. Utilize your organizational skills in a stunning mountain backdrop!
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent Whistler Blackcomb with enthusiasm
• Setup event ticketing and registration platforms
• Organize race packages and results documentation
• Handle guest inquiries with professionalism
• Prepare comprehensive event wrap-up reports
Requirements:
• Guest-focused, with top-notch communication skills
• Strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel
• Some skiing or snowboarding experience required
• Organized with an attention to detail
• Previous experience in event coordination is advantageous
